Sometimes, I still will skip breakfast for whatever reasons...
Last Friday, I woke up late. My class started on 8am till 11am. I was planning to have my breakfast after class. However, I ended up waiting for my boyfriend to fetch me over for lunch until the time had passed and reached afternoon.
In the afternoon, only I realised that I skipped my breakfast.

ReplyDeleteBreakfast is most important meal for us everyday, but normally I will skip the breakfast, because i am too lazy to wake up so early every morning, i rather sleep until afternoon time. haha :P

ReplyDeleteYep...breakfast is very important as the name suggest, it means BREAK the FAST...as we human go into fasting mode every day when we sleep.strange isn't it???

ReplyDeleteI dunno wats the scientific term in psychology.But in my opinion,i think the reason u fall ill is because u ady get used to take breakfast everday n u "think" taking breakfast has becoming part of ur life.Hence, when u missed it like today, u feel uncomfortable,mentally......Its a bit like the phenomena "phantom limb" (in clinical description).U are not medically sick at first, but when u think u are,n u believe u will(if u skip ur breakfst).....haizzz....
