This is a short introduction about my blog,
The purpose of this blog is record down anything about my behavior changed on eating breakfast everyday!
Before I started this blog, I usually skip my breakfast. I took it as a way to reduce weight.
But after doing a test during my Health Psychology lesson, I realised the importance of eating breakfast everyday.
So, in this blog, you will get to know how did I realised the importance of eating breakfast, how did I get through the whole process from a person who don't usually eat breakfast, ending out eating breakfast everyday!!!
